Currently, the world of standardized tests is evolving.
Many colleges and universities are converting to test-optional/test blind, and some are reassessing entire requirements. As such, I am monitoring all changes.
The NCAA has suspended standardized testing, while National scholarships do require test scores, it is a case-by-case basis
Remember, as the testing world evolves, Advanced Placement Tests (AP) become even more invaluable.
If testing is required, my students achieve a significant score increase: I teach test preparation (SAT & ACT) as an important but not the only aspect of the college application process, which is:
All my students takes practice or baseline test either: ACT & SAT.
Then I review practice scores and determines which test is a better fit. Discuss options and timeline. Schedule tutoring meetings and practice tests to prepare for the official test- individual tutoring as required (references provided) or referrals to reputable test preparation organizations.
Tutoring up to the test date with a focus on student's areas of improvement and reassessing needs as they change.
